Navigate to the desired item in the class feed.
Find the three dots at the bottom right corner of each post.
Click the dots to reveal the options for the item. Click Download item or Save item (Save item will open the item in another window. Right-click and choose Save As to name and save the item on your device. If a download symbol is visible, click it to download the item. (Usually appears with Audio and Video files.)
If the item does not open automatically, you may need to click the link at the bottom of the screen or check the download folder.

This is the TN platform to upload portfolio work for evaluation. Keep in mind this is used by teachers in other areas; gym, art, and other subject areas. Do not use private browser windows when working in the system. If the system does not work as expected, change browsers.
Log in to your account on Educopia. (Your account should be activated.)

Once logged in you will see your homepage with the four categories for evaluation.

From Educopia: Click on the subject name.

Each work sample requires an explanation. Educopia has provided a form for teachers to use. This section explains how to access, download, and use the form. Portfolio reviewers will see both the student sample(s) and the explanation form. Be sure to fill out the form in such a way to help the reviewer understand what they are seeing.

(Tagging is for self-reflection and guidance when choosing a score. Tags will provide suggested scores based on evidence tagged and assessment value given to selected standards. Reviewers will not see tags.)
Click the blue check beside the uploaded file to begin tagging evidence based on standards associated with the content area.

Select the content standard to be tagged, then click the 'View Work' link located in the upper left corner and select the desired item.
When work is selected (see the step above) it will appear in the center of the window.
1. Click 'Tag Evidence'. 2. Select the Option from those listed. Each option will reveal associated standards. 3. Select the standard from the list.
Be sure to notice any scrollbars when viewing indicators. Use the indicators to guide assessment value decisions. This step takes the guesswork out of assigning a score.

Don't forget to Save when complete.
When ready to enter a score, click the green 'Enter Score' icon at the top center of the
rubric.
Scores selected in the rubric area will have a halo around them for easy selection.
When all scores have been selected, be sure to Save.
When ready to return to the previous screen click Finish.

Repeat these steps until all samples are uploaded and scored.
Note the training video below begins with Related Arts at the high school level, then around minute 36 switches to elementary PE, and at minute 47moves to elementary RLA and Math. The process is the same for each content area and grade level, but the examples given match the grade level discussed.

Educopia is the site chosen by the state to manage portfolio submissions. This page provides necessary information to support teachers as they begin using the Educopia site.
Portfolios are due no later than April 15th for the 2017-18 school year.
Open Labs will be provided on March 6th, 15th, and 20th at Central Services South from 3:30-5:30 to assist teachers with portfolio uploading.
